Partnering with the best production companies and networks that can push us and our work to greater depths.
Making films that showcase the systemic pressure that women and people of color face.
Employing fantastic people, lifting them up, letting them own their work.

Never pretending like we know the beginning, middle or end of a story (letting the story show itself).

Working with fantastic editors and being vocal about the work that they have done. Not taking credit away from someone else (there is a sea change on this in the documentary world, which is important and necessary).
Work with talented and upcoming directors/producers to realize their ideas.

Rooting for other's work loudly and proudly, especially POC and female directors
